Please Read the following disclaimer:
You will receive up to 2 hours of support for 39.99 although most issues can be resolved in under 2 hours there are cases where the tech may need to exceed the time frame to get your system functional again. If time frame exceeds 2 hours your will be required to pay for an additional block of 2 hours. If the technician only uses an hour we will credit you 1 hour towards a future issue this will be good for six months. We do offer support for the Mac OS system for 59.99 as well.
